I am an in-network provider for the following insurance plans:  Tricare, Premera, Regence, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and U.S. Family Health Plan. Please contact your insurance company to confirm coverage for behavioral health, and to determine your out of pocket expenses such as copay, coinsurance, and deductible amounts.  To better understand how insurance works, I recommend watching this brief video.

If I am not an in-network provider for your insurance plan, you may choose to pay out of pocket for your sessions, and request reimbursement from your insurance provider.  Please contact your insurance provider for reimbursement rates and to determine the documentation they will require from me as evidence of service.

• Fee for initial diagnostic visit, $215

• Fee for follow up visits, 55 minutes, $200

• Fee for a no show or cancellation with less than 48-hour notice, $95

• Late fee (more than ten minutes late to session), $25

• Consultation / Supervision for fellow clinicians, $150/hour
